While trucks cover the distance, it is the people who provide the service.

Ausfuel customers have dedicated Despatch Officers that know their local areas. Our despatch team is in constant contact with our customers to ensure their needs are being met.

We work closely with our primary transport carrier Directhaul to provide a flexible and seamless service.

Deliveries

• Bulk fuel and oil deliveries
• Packaged fuel and lubricant products including drums and IBCs (Interim Bulk Containers - transport containers for barge deliveries, sies vary)
• Scheduled deliveries that extend throughout the Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.

Marine Bunkering

Vessels are refuelled directly from our road tankers.  Approved wharves in the Northern Territory include: East Arm, Fisherman’s, Fort Hill and Larrakeyah Naval Base. Please allow 48 hours notice.

Barge Transfer

Deliveries to coastal communities and islands are made possible through barge transfers.

Fuel can be transported using 1300 litre IBC’s, 200 litre drums or onboard fuel tankers.

Diesel can be loaded into barges and unloaded directly into customer storage tanks or transferred into a fuel tanker for delivery.

Marine Pipeline

Fast, efficient refuelling for large capacity vessels.  This service is currently available at East Arm Wharf, Darwin for diesel deliveries in excess of 30,000 litres.  Please allow 72 hours notice.

Aviation

Dedicated equipment for aviation transport with fully trained and qualified drivers.  Aviation deliveries currently include a number of major and regional airports as well as pastoral properties.
